The initial New Zealand version of the album features a mainly white cover with three stills of each of the band members from the "Confessions" single video, shot by Mr. Jonathan King. The concept and design of this album was produced by the band and Mr. Andrew White.

The Australian version of the album, featured here, is based on the groups original "Skin To Skin" single. The cover photography was shot by Mr. Darryl Ward (Mr. Greg Semu is incorrectly credited in the liner notes). Design concept / Art direction is by Mr. Kane Massey. Finished art is by Mr. Andrew White.
