Released in a red/yellow sleeve with "The Model" on front. The track-listing stated on back of sleeve is "The Model c/w Computer Love". However, the vinyl and center labels are identical to release Computer Love (which has a Yellow/Green sleeve designating 'Computer Love' as the A side).
So, the vinyl is cut as:

B-side="The Model"
