This is one of the 100 copies with white cover.The first edition was printed in a limited ed. of 200 hand numbered copies and comes with the Birth Canal Blues book:

and additional 30 artist's proofs in various colored papers.
There's also 15 copies with different impression on hand paper with a an original art work of Anok Peh(David Tibet) and a personal dedication
CD in jewel-case with a 3D cover photograph with 3D viewing glasses.
