I am a huge Pete Namlook and his FAX +49-69/450464 label fan. Musicians from this label are especially good at creating a long and complicated soundscapes by using only a few instruments.
One of the best tracks in my opinion is Hymm by Pete Namlook and Mixmaster Morris.
When I've been writing Above Alien Sky I've trying to create my own soundscape by using minimum of synths (only two of them).
