Die-cut, fly-out cover reveals a unipak-style sleeve which holds disc and insert.

Sealed copies usually came with a black factory sticker containing album/tracks info and code SD 19124.

This pressing comes with all the features of the earlier US Brain Salad Surgery and similar variants from 1973 to 1977 (die-cut cover, poster, factory sticker etc.). But "Manticore" logo and name were substituted everywhere (label, back cover, factory sticker) by "Atlantic" logo and name, as MC66669 code was substituted by SD 19124.

Copies came with generic brown Atlantic Co. inner sleeve.
