Recorded on 29 & 31 May 1994 at All Saints' Church, Petersham, Surrey.
This recording was made using 20-bit analogue-to-digital converters; 20-bit resolution was maintained throughout the editing process, and the 16-bit CD master was then prepared using a noise-shaping algorithm to achieve an effective performance on CD of approximately 19 bits.
