Tracks 1 to 11 originally released as the CD album Tidal Blues on Vinyl Japan (ASKCD 37) in January 1994. Recorded at Z Block.

Tracks 12 to 16 originally released as the CD EP Weekend In Wales on Vinyl Japan (TASKCD 19) in 1993. Recorded and mixed (in 10 hours) at Famous Studios, Cardiff, 1991.
