This re-release of Severed Heads' first LP includes several tracks from the cassette only "Blubberknife" (some of which appeared on the Ink records UK release "Clifford Darling Please Don't Live in the Past"). "Since the Accident" was also released on Ink Records UK on CD with different bonus tracks.

From some copies the spine of the CD cover incorrectly lists the title of this release as "City Slab Horror", another Severed Heads album that was reissued by Nettwerk at the same time. The credits list in the booklet is incidentally written for both these albums.

Track 11, "Wasps" is not listed on the CD cover or the record. The track numbers shift from that point compared to the back cover.
