Tracks 1 to 5 were recorded and produced on an eight-track at SL-studio, Norway, June-September 1993.The 6th composition was recorded on a four-track at Berserk Studio, Norway, during August 1994. Voices and mixing were added at Jailhouse Studios, Summer of 1996.
Re-release of the band's original "Isle Of Men" demo (tracks 1-5) with two bonus tracks, #6 is an original unreleased version of a song from "HEart Of The Ages" and #7 is a re-written and re-arranged song from the band's February '93 rehearsal demo specially recorded for this compilation.
