Tape comes attached with metal wire to a blown-out speaker. Various inserts enclosed: hammer-smashed anti-tape, broken contact mic, circuit board, used syringe, empty psychotropic drug blisters. Copy 1/94 includes an extra blood-stained razor blade used for self cutting affixed to the cover + 2x Zyprexa pills.
