Limited to 500 on black vinyl.

Vinyl re-issue of the Grade/Believe split by the same label that came out in 1994 on CD. This reissue features the same Grade material, but the Believe side has been replaced by Incision's second demo. Incision was the name that Grade formed under, in 1993, with a different bassist (Sean Moriarty). Workshop Records had also previously pressed a limited amount of Incision's second demo for distribution.

The Grade side only features 7 out of the 8 songs from the original Grade/Believe CD pressing. It omits "Instrumental"/"Melodic Song" (the song changed name depending on pressing of the CD). The Incision side also omits two songs from the second demo session; "Weakness" and "Cableman". But it's worth noting that Wokrshop Record's 1994 version of the Incision demo tape was also omitting songs from the session. On top of the two missing from this release, the tape was also missing "Tear it Apart".

Side A recorded March 1994 at Mainway Studios.
Side B recorded July 1993 at Mainway Studios.
