Issued in a mildly textured gatefold sleeve.
The inner sleeve has graphics and song lyrics printed on it.

There are three different label variations for the US release.
On this one, the word "SPLIT" is positioned directly beneath the center hole.

Another version has the word "GROUNDHOGS" positioned directly
beneath the center hole.

The third variation does not have anything printed directly below
the center hole, Instead the title is in the 2 o'clock position on the labels.

Some copies have a promotional clause pressure stamped onto the
top corner of the sleeve.
