This appears to be a transitional release that combines portions of the PR 39241 issue here Accept - Balls To The Wall and the BFR 39241 issue here Accept - Balls To The Wall.

The first catalog number appears on the spine and is on a sticker covering the original barcode and the wording "Also On Cassette." The barcode is printed differently when compared to other releases with the last three digits "102" but scans with the last three digits as "115". The second catalog number appears on the labels.

The cover has the band name "Accept" on the front.

The vinyl has the BFR 39241 labels but no "MASTERDISK" stamping in the runouts and different pressing identifiers.

Photo & lyrics are printed on inner sleeve.
