SILENCE from DeKalb, IL existed from 1991 to 1993. Releasing a demo and a 7" the band recorded a 2nd demo after gaining interest from a major subsidiary. Sadly, after recording and right before their first tour, the band’s manager skipped town along with the master tapes, contacts, and all of their money. However, with a home dubbed copy of the '93 demo they decided to go on tour anyway. Fate then struck once again as the demos were left behind in a mix-up involving a backpack full of skin mags. Shortly after this, the band decided to call it quits and go their separate ways. Now, discovered in an abandoned practice space almost 25 years later, these songs are available to the public for the first time.
